IM+SS Limited was established in January 2011 and delivers specialist support and consultancy in relation to facilities management and associated services. We have the capability to support customers across the United Kingdom and further afield as required.
We have considerable experience working in both private and public sectors, supporting end users and services providers with consultancy and more importantly helping them deliver solutions when they don’t have the capacity.

Capability
Our MD Keith Parker has some 35 years of experience of working in senior management roles within the FM sector.
A time served electrical / mechanical engineer who specialises in asset management, contract improvement and turnaround projects.
Supported by a UK network of approved associates that has been built up over a number of years. All associates have a background in M&E maintenance service provision and management.
Associates are vetted, referenced and subjected to a technical needs assessment to ensure suitability prior to being approved to join our network.
